CVS Caremark Mail Services Pharmacy

Would give 0 stars if possible. Each time I call/message I get a different story from a different representative. It's virtually impossible to get medication that I've been taking for years navigating their BS.

The worst, the absolute worst. Heaven for bid you should try and change doctors or have any issue with the existing R/X. Their left hand does not know what their right hand is doing. One day I get a call saying my R/X will be delivered, the next day they call saying there is an issue with it. Then 2-3 days later it's a repeat of the same.

I have a 9 yr old son with asthma who required a once monthly shot called Xolair which was ordered from your company & I had a discount for Xolair that said all CVS Caremark & CVS Specialty stores were participating stores & for over a week now your store has told me I can't use this discount even though we are cash customers & aren't using insurance for this medication. It is illegal. If the discount exists & says your store is a participant then you must legally honor it. For weeks now your store has prevented my son from getting his medicine because of this issue there for making his quality of life worse. My name is Stephanie Woods & my son's name is Zacharie Woods & I on his behalf will seek legal counsel regarding this issue.

Thieves. Terrible service. Can never provide cost until after items have shipped. Send the most expensive version of everything (sometimes the generic is a lot more, like 3X in my case). You may as well talk to a box of rocks.

They sat on a prior auth for a 90 day supply. Then when I checked and got things moving I needed a 7 day supply at the local CVS to hold me over, that order canceled the mail in order for 90 day supply. Get your act together! Never using Caremark again.
