CVS

It takes a lot of babysitting to get a prescription filled. When a prescription is called in, they don't think to ask for the information they need. Then you have to get on them to contact the provider so they can ask whatever questions they should have asked initially. Or you have to contact your provider and ask them to call CVS if you want this done in a timely manner. Then you have to call again to verify they have what they need and that they will actually do the next logical thing and fill the prescription. It doesn't help that the lady manning the drive through window is incredibly rude. She's quick to roll her eyes as if customers are an inconvenience to her. Given that they seem to hate their jobs/struggle to perform them, I wonder why they don't just quit....Free up the positions

I absolutely love this CVS. The people who work here are so kind and caring, especially Cindy. I moved here about two years ago from South Florida, so I’m not really used to associates who care, so that might be why this stands out so much to me. Walgreens is much closer to me but I drive to this CVS for the customer service. Cindy has always helped me with navigating the store and the tricky self checkout (I’m not good with computers) with the patience of a saint. She always has a smile for you when you walk in the door and really cares about the lives of her customers. You don’t see this much anymore and that’s what makes it so important to acknowledge. I will be a loyal customer every day because Cindy is there with her warm personality and positive energy.

I never have any problems here. Everyone is always friendly, they get my prescriptions filled asap, work to ensure I get the best price, and the store is always clean and stocked. Thank you CVS Blairsville

Understaffed and dismissive when you do finally find someone who works there. Left all of my intended purchases on the counter and left. Off to Walgreens! At least they appreciate our business. **Added note...the EXACT SAME product was not only cheaper at Walgreens but also buy one, get one FREE (vs buy one, get one 50% off at CVS).

I have been in the Murphy NC area for a few weeks and have needed to fill my prescriptions at the Blairsville Pharmacy. They have made the process so easy. The staff is efficient and friendly. This is why I am loyal to CVS. Thank you all.
