The CVS in Trussville is a fantastic store with an amazing team. Kathryn and Jimmy truly make the difference here—they’re consistently kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, and they create a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. The store is well-run, clean, and easy to navigate, and the front-end staff always goes above and beyond to make customers feel taken care of. While the retail side of the store is excellent, I’d personally be hesitant about using the pharmacy side. The pharmacist seems very nice as well. One pharmacy tech(or assistant) in particular stands out for her poor customer service and attitude. That said, for shopping and customer service, this CVS absolutely shines, and Kathryn and Jimmy deserve their 5 stars and special recognition for making it such a wonder

I must say, I have been coming to this CVS for years and not one bad experience came my way. When the store is out of stock on certain items, comparative to my coupons. The store manager does honor them at times. As a customer, I want to apologize for those who had a bad experience at this location and say try to give them a second chance. I did save some chump change such as $16.93. Not bad compared to my usual savings. After several managers had come and gone from the CVS on Chalkville Mountain Road and Grayson Valley Parkway there have been no improvements. I would frequently go in the store, which is right near my home and I would find a bell that said “ring for service”. No one would come when I would ring the bell. I had to go hunting for someone to purchase my items. There would be nobody at the front and nobody in sight; I would holler “hello, hello” and nobody would respond. I finally found someone and asked who was the manager and was told the manager was Jimmy Jackson. Every employee in there that has been fired and then rehired or hired in the first place has been rude, obnoxious and very unhelpful in every way. The shelves are always I stocked. Morning Pharmacist VERY VERY unprofessional, very rude, not willing to help. Anytime I've gone in there she's got a major major attitude. I asked to be guided in the right way since I moved and they have my old doctor listed. She was so rude, I even told her that I am always nice. And since being here that's all she's given me. Attitude. As a patient already dealing with enough stuff, I dont need a pharmacist to give me Attitude since May, of me moving here. I explained my situation, told her I didn't want to get anyone into trouble by filling an out of state doctors Rx. Very very rude person. Shouldn't have a pharmaceutical license. Really liked the store but, after the recent events of experience with the manager. Which I a believe was uncalled for due to my order issue which was valid. And my husband experienced with a very long wait in line. I will not shopping again at this location.
