Pharmacist was very rude, wouldn’t fill a prescription based on the fact I wanted to use a GoodRX coupon to bring cost down. Even when my insurance and CVS Caremark said that it was fine. Pharmacist still refused to fill my prescription. Even after informing her, she still refused to fill it. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Absolutely insane how badly I was treated for wanting to use a coupon for a $300 prescription

Cvs customer service is remarkable. They went above and beyond. They're extremely patient and didn't rush me out the door. They continue to help until we got everything figured out. He even made sure I took advantage of sales. Thank you CVS best service

Pharmacist Madhuri is extremely rude and condescending. She was unhelpful with questions about pharmaceutical cost and even had the audacity to say “well what were you going to do next time??” When I wasn’t even sure what I was paying or why a coupon could not be used, considering the pharmacy technician tried to stand up for me and said that if my maps is clear and my insurance covers the medication they could use the lower cost. But was told no with basically no explanation. I will be contacting whoever I need to about this situation because it was disrespectful and unprofessional.

⸻ I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jill and Lisa at CVS for their kindness and patience as I’m learning how to coupon shop! They were so understanding and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions and guide me through the process. It’s not every day that you find employees who truly care about their customers and go the extra mile to help. Their support made my experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you both for your amazing customer service—I really appreciate it!

I am very dissatisfied with the pharmacy. First they tried telling me I needed vaccines that I didn't need because either I already had them or they weren't due yet. So I was going to get them and changed my mind because deep down I knew I didn't need the vaccines. Now both these vaccines (that I didn't get) are now mistakenly added to my immunization record. I need these removed from my immunization record. When I called CVS about this, the pharmacist told me she called CDC and it would take awhile to correct. When I called CDC about it they stated that they don't correct immunization records. They referred me to CVS customer service and a CVS customer service rep told me that I would get $15 in rewards which I did not get. I transferred all my scripts across the street to Walgreens.
