I always have an amazing experience with CVS. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Two of their permanent employees were especially helpful, patiently answering all my questions and providing solutions that worked perfectly for me. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I truly felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend their service to anyone looking for professionalism and care!

CVS pharmacy on Jefferson Hwy has some awesome people who work there. Ms. Ashley in the pharmacy is so professional and very knowledgeable and helpful to everyone. She goes over and beyond to help. Ms. Jackie customer service skills are outstanding and she has so much compassion for people. Ms. Brandie is so respectful and caring for everyone and I have personally saw these professionals go over and beyond for everyone and that speaks volumes about them. They care for people and their well being. They take the time to explain things that you may not understand and I have witnessed their kindness and compassion towards everyone.

The store manager at CVS 9608 Jefferson hwy told me that they don’t give rain checks, so she couldn’t help me get my free bottle of vitamins. There was only one on the shelf, it was a BOGO promotion. She told me to bring the (1) item with receipt to ANOTHER STORE that has my vitamin in stock. When I questioned that policy, she angrily grabbed my receipt and wrote on the backside, “Coming back for buy one get one.” Baffled by this, I got into my car and searched, finding my product in stock at 5360 Highland Road. I drove an hour’s round trip to that store to get my other bottle of vitamins. The manager there actually yelled at me, “That’s not how we do it, you need a rain check. And then, even louder, “ I’M GOING TO GIVE IT TO YOU, BUT YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THATS NOW HOW WE DO IT, YOU NEED

Employees were nice and helpful. The pharmacy people were helpful. The price at the store are ridiculously high. unreal high.

CVS was conveniently located with extended hours of operation. Best of all, store clerks were very kind and helpful especially with online coupons🤗.
