Cutaneous Pathology, PA

I got a bill from Cutaneous Pathology a whole year after the office visit to which it pertains. I even had to go back to find out what it was for because it had been so long. Then I write a check to cover the balance after finally receiving the bill, and mail in promptly. Here it is over 6 weeks later of mailing the check, and 1 1/2 years since the service, and the check still hasn't cleared. So I call the office. They give me a number to their billing company and a person's name with a 4 digit extenstion. I call their billing company (Change Health Care). Their automated service requires requires you to know a "10-digit" extension for any person you contact, or you can search the contact list by employee name.
