Jennifer is a terrific physical therapist. She is proactive, listens, and determines exercises that improve muscle tone, flexibility, and most importantly, stability. I am in my late seventies and had worried that exercising without a professional's supervision could do more harm than good. Jennifere is teaching me how to age gracefully with complete mobility. I went to see Jennifer for issues in my back, hips, and core stability after childbirth. I also had lingering issues after a hip surgery. Jennifer is incredibly knowledgeable about all things physical therapy. She takes the time to explain which muscle she thinks is bothering you, why, and how it affects the rest of your body. Then she helps you understand your options and lets you choose the road you want to go down. She does great dry needling, deep tissue massage, and strengthening/releasing exercises. She is also very pleasant to chat with while you are in your session, and has wonderful health-related recommendations.
