Charlotte is an artist. Literally. She can freestyle character artwork, floral, you name it! Plus she's a hoot to spend time with in addition to doing beautiful nail artwork. On top of that she keeps a mind boggling amount of nail supply inventory. Find a photo online, take it in to show her and she will not only be able to do the design but will definitely have the materials to do the design with. Good stuff..... I feel pretty when she's done 💞
