I think these guys may have never opened after Covid and may be permanently CLOSED. Their front is still fully boarded up. Oh well, hopefully something nice moves in!

I absolutely recommend Dr. Gheri Cheng and Custom Eyes Optometry. She has been our family eye doctor for decades, and she and her staff are always courteous, professional, and genuinely caring. The prices are also reasonable. We are very lucky to have this kind of small business in the neighborhood.

I’m disappointed by the lack of basic customer service at this office. My dad needed help printing out a simple DMV form—a DL62 to clear his vision for driving. It was just two pieces of paper. Yes, it was his fault for not being prepared, but he wasn’t asking anyone to fill it out, just to print it. It’s shocking that the staff couldn’t take a moment to assist. We’re talking about $.05 of ink and an opportunity to help a new patient. Instead, they seemed entirely focused on rigid policies rather than being patient-centric. Healthcare is about helping people, not blindly following procedure. This was a missed opportunity to show empathy and make a real difference.

My family has been seeing Dr. Geri Cheng for decades and cannot recommend her services enough. Kind, meticulous, great with kids and seniors alike. A blessing to have her in the neighborhood

Awesome experience! The receptionists were very insightful helping me pick new frames (nice set of choices). The doctor was super nice and provided high quality care. The atmosphere was super chill and I’m happy to find a great optometrist😁
