Custer Pharmacy

I moved to the area a year ago. I am completely disgusted with this pharmacy. (Some) of the staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. Very unorganized. I put in refill requests a week in advance. Multiple times I go to pick them up and they say they never got my refill request. Other times they say my doctor hasn't approved refills when MyChart says I still have 2 or more refills. I have NEVER witnessed a pharmacy run as poorly as Custer. Do not use Custer if you want your prescriptions consistently on time!!!

Great job. In 30min, transferred my info to start getting my meds here and filled my current prescription. Kind, efficient and fast.

The staff is extremely rude and unorganized . They gave me a topical ointment for my newborn with thrush (my doctor sent oral antibiotics) Never trust any time frame they give you and expect a an additude from when you walk through the door

Custer pharmacy is the classic old school pharmacy. They have a great selection of various medical supplies and over-the-counter medicine being the only pharmacy in town. Now they seem to be a little bit busy, but even as you walk in, you are noticed and will be taken care of if not immediately right away, They’re easy to get a hold of on the phone. Also, if you need a prescription transferred there or if you need them to transfer one to another place it’s a very easy process. Great staff, good selection of items Also, they have a semi large parking lot so parking is pretty easy

Rude, impatient non caring individuals I will never go back here the vibes are yucky and so is the service
