Cumming Urgent Care

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The medical assistant was extremely kind, had great bedside manner and was very efficient. Ryan was very good at listening to my previous history with this problem. He asked me what has helped in the past. He encouraged to follow back up with the office if I did not feel any relief within 24 hours.

I had a great experience. PA-C Ryan Risley was absolutely outstanding. The amount of time he put into helping me understand the issue and developing a course of action was above and beyond what I expected. Mr. Risley is clearly a leader in his field.

I was visiting from Florida but had to find an urgent care. Upon entering, the waiting area was just beautiful and clean. The waiting chairs were so comfortable!! It was decorated so nice for Christmas with a little something in all places. The ambience was top notch! They even had a Christmas back drop playing on the huge tv! I felt so relaxed like I was at a luxury resort! I was seen as soon as I was done finishing my paper. All staff was friendly and attentive and professional! I had to have a shot and the tech girl was amazing… I never felt it! I felt like she along with the PA really cared about me and they took their time to make sure I knew everything!!

Absolutely wonderful staff! I came to get help for my flu symptoms, to which I was prescribed appropiate medication and given a shot to ease recovery. Due to my weak condition I fainted at the office but the nurses and staff were extremely quick to help and gave me IV fluids to aid me before I left. I definitely recommend this urgent care 😊 Thank you to the amazing staff who helped me ❣️

Robert here, I was at Cumming Urgent Care today.i had the rubber end piece from the tip of my hearing aid stuck in my left ear. Luckily for me Mr Ryan Risley was working today. He has many years of ENT experience and had his special equipment there today. He explained the situation and then gently, cautiously and professionally removed the object. He is a special kind of healthcare worker. I give him and CUC a thumbs up and a giant virtual hug!!!
