Cumming Dental Smiles - Bethelview Road

From December Iam going to this clinic to fix my fallen crown. For now its been my 7th visit, and again the crown fell down. It is not fixed properly or not diagnosed well. Whatever it is, Iam feeling disappointed and frustrated now. After another consultation, the original teeth has been polished very low so the crown doesn't fix. Now Iam worried about the next procedure. Every time, pain, blood loss and blisters.. Also the waiting time is increased. I have to wait 25 min in lobby and 15 min to see the doctor. I wish my next visit will be treated well. After giving a positive feedback on Jan, Iam not frustrated. I wish the doctor handles this issue patients face on pain and stress on their problem.. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dr. Praveen was my first dentist here and made me feel comfortable from day one, which built the trust that keeps me coming back. Ms. Dona is always warm, welcoming, and professional, making every visit smooth and reassuring. Dr. Vivek is an exceptional dentist-patient, knowledgeable, and always takes time to explain things clearly. Mr. Patrick and Ms. Taylor are also very helpful and always greet patients with genuine smiles. Even the small details, like the background music during waiting time and visits, help create a calm and pleasant experience. A truly caring and trustworthy team. Highly recommended!

Cumming Dental Smiles is absolutely fabulous. They welcome you in a friendly manner as well as work with you on scheduling and future dental wellness. The front desk girls are knowledgeable and offer options that best suit you. I have only great things to say about the Cumming location. If you need a Dentist, I highly recommend them.

Everyone at the office is so friendly and helpful. Had my cleaning today with Hillary the hygienist and it was great it didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. Definitely would recommend cumming dental smiles for your oral health needs. Top notch!

Had a lot of apprehension coming to a new dentist after quite a while, but this place has blown me away. Donna, Patrick, and the rest of the staff I’ve met have been incredible. So kind, patient, and welcoming. As someone who typically hates the dentist, I couldn’t happier with my experience here and genuinely look forward to coming back for years to come. Highly recommend!
