What a fantastic place! Such a Warm, fun and welcoming staff plus Dr. Javi was so kind and extremely helpful to boot. They worked with me and my fur baby to create the most ideal experience of proper health for our little pack! Brought my baby here cus we had a lil medical scare. They were able to get us in as a walk the day after Christmas & the front desk staff eased my worries as soon as I walked in by cracking me UP. 😆 The vets were attentive & service was quick. I’d definitely consider coming back. Especially since they handled my furbaby so well & the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

We have had consistently good experiences at Cumberland Animal Clinic with our two cats. Dr. Javi is great and very thorough! We never feel rushed, and he always gives us helpful information and suggestions on medication and food options. Both of our cats have improved their health issues since we’ve been going here! The front desk people are not welcoming or kind- I checked in and they just asked who I was here for- no hello, smile, or anything. While I was in my appointment, the doctor was wonderful and so was the technician, but I received a very difficult diagnosis. While I was waiting for my pet to be finished, I checked out with the front desk, then went back to the room and was upset. I could hear very loud music in the room, which was not what I needed in a time like this. When I was leaving with my pet I was visibly upset and made direct eye contact with the front desk. Who just looked at me, he did not say goodbye, are you okay, can I help you with your animals, again nothing. My heart hurts writing this because I have trusted Cumberland Animal Clinic with my dog’s life for seven years. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years, brought her in for yearly cleanings, check-ups, and anything she ever needed. This clinic used to feel like family — but the level of care has gone downhill, and my most recent experience has left me devastated. My dog has a known seizure history. I was once told by a vet here that if she ever needed seizure medication, it would be a major, lifelong decision. I trusted that. I trusted their judgment.
