Wonderful people! You could not ask for a better Dr's office. Paula is so nice and helpful! She goes out of her way to help! Dr Culpepper is very nice and thorough! Convenient office hours! Couldn't ask for a better Dr's office! I started here close to 20 years ago and since then have sent lots of family members! All of which were very pleased!

It has been over 10 years since I changed my prescription on my glasses. Dr. Culpeper made the process very easy, was extremely patient, and his staff took the time to help me find the “perfect” glasses!!! I would give them a 10 if it was allowed!

Dr. Culpepper is the most thorough optometrist I have been to in the Tri-cities area. He is very friendly and professional as well. I absolutely adore Paula. She knows everything about fitting and what's most popular. Together they make a great experience and you will not be disappointed that you chose them for your eye care needs.

Best optometrist in the tricities area of Johnson City TN!! So kind so patient & front desk lady, Paula was so helpful in helping me pick out frames that fit me & looked good on me!! If you need glasses or contact lenses Dr Cullpepper is who you must see he is truly the best!!

My husband and I both like this practice. Dr.Culpepper and his staff take very good care of us. We never have any problems getting appts. and they perform a thorough exam.
