I was having some financial issues and the two young ladies at front were very attentive and empathetic. I have been having a lot of issues with my insurance company and had questions about my confusions and they were very thorough and explained it so well. they were fun to talk to and both seemed very invested in my situation. even with unforeseen complications with my insurance, i enjoyed conversating with them. i overall had a great visit and i am trying to get my grandbabies to come here.

I just want to say I don't typically write reviews but I just have to come on here and say that the front staff is absolutely PHENOMAL!!!! They were so kind, engaging, and invested in all of their patients situations. I have never seen a group of people work so seamlessly together. They bring so much energy and brightness to the room, specifically Lauren, Vanessa, and Addison. My assistant Grace was very professional and helped me to not be nervous during my treatment. She had an amazing work ethic and will be one of many reasons I come back. After my treatment I talked to Lisa and Lucy about all payment options for the next treatment I needed. I asked for my daughter not to see a certain dentist because of her anxiety and his manners. It was noted in her chart. She still seen him the next time. I called to ask why after being on hold for 10 mins. I hung up. The office manager finally called 2 days later and tried to justify what he said. Instead of justifying she should have tried to come up with another solution. If your looking for an old school military dentist this place is for you, not so much for a 8 year girl though.

What a wonderful atmosphere!! All-star staff!! If you were shooting for a warm and inviting environment, you nailed! I felt right at home from the moment I walked in to the building. I found such a professional and knowledgeable group of employees waiting eagerly to help me. Simply amazing!!!

Let me just start by saying I do NOT recommend Dr Tucker. He had no patience with my 7yr old who was getting fillings for the first time and was doing great until the oral swab hit the back of his mouth and “choked” him. Now on to the 5 star review of Dr. Echols who came in and saved the day! He was amazing! He explained everything he was doing and was so kind and patient with my son. I also see Dr. Echols and had no issues with my own fillings. The staff and friendly and every hygienist we have had so far has been wonderful, especially with my 7yr old. Also the waiting room has comfy chairs and couches, no sitting in uncomfortable chairs while you wait!
