Cucalon and Matin Orthodontics: Ocean Avenue, San Francisco Location

BEST of the BEST!! Dr.Cucalon did my braces in college (I’m now 40) and also did my sisters when she was in Highschool (she is now 34). I remember him being so friendly and his offices on Ocean Ave. and Union St. and when my braces came off my teeth were absolutely perfectly straight! When it came time for my two kids to see an Ortho (they are 10yrs old and 9yrs old) , there was no hesitation I would bring them to also see Dr. Cucalon- I drive all the way from Hillsborough! When it came time to their visits it was so cool to see him - it was like he never aged and time didn’t pass! I completely trust him and believe he is the absolute BEST orthodontist in the Bay Area! Highly recommend him!

Just started my Invisalign journey with the Cucalon office. From the get go the staff has been welcoming and thorough which is also one of the reasons I decided to go there for my treatment! Speedy in answering phone calls and efficient if you need something adjusted. I highly recommend them especially because they are client focused. Thank you, Cucalon staff.

This is a great orthodontist team for either children or adults. Dr. Cucalon is personable and efficient. He and Dr. Matin have a very professional and friendly staff. Had to reschedule a few times and they can typically provide an appointment between the two offices. . Appointments happen on time and they are great at following up. Very pleased with my experience with Invisalign and the progress we are seeing with our son's braces. Would highly recommend Cucalon & Matin for orthodontics.

Dr. Cucalon and staff are amazing. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed as if I was at home. The receptionists were great too. As soon as I got my braces on, they showed me how to clean them and change out the rubber bands. Every time I came in after that original appointment, they greeted me very warmly and were always helpful. Cucalon and Matin Orthodontics are great and I would 100% recommend them to anyone that needs ortho. They gave me a great smile!

Great service! Very efficient 90% of the time. Constantly very busy. My kid feels safe and comfortable with the staff and process of braces, which is a pleasant surprise. Competitive pricing. It took me a while to figure out that the whole office bounces back and forth between their two locations, every other day! The Ocean office is more convenient for us, so we can only make appointments on certain days.
