Cub Pharmacy

Went in at 6:30 for a strep test for my wife. The pharmacy assistant was pleasant and explained they do those test but the pharmacist interjected that that would not one tonight because it was late. My wife asked about a better time to come in and the pharmacist said during the day and if they could squeeze us in they would. I was hesitant to review as I understand it is a stressful position and adding a lot of work to the end of the shift is hard. But they noted the test should only take 20-25 minutes and if they offer them then they should grin and bear it like any service industry employee would do during business hours. Tried to speak directly with someone, no answer. Tried shortly after they open. The phone rings until disconnected. Not everything can be answered through prompts. Hard to get info if it is a new rx and you do not have the rx # to enter. Same experience regarding vaccines as others. Try to schedule something, then told will fit you in between filling rx. What is the point of having on-line appointment options if you are not going to honor the appointment time. I understand it is a busy business, but if that busy, could be sitting there for who knows how long.

It's been approaching 3 weeks without a couple of my prescriptions. Been calling the pharmacy and messaging my doctor still. Still can't get my insurance to pay for anything, not because I don't have insurance that covers it, but because this pharmacy can't figure out how to put it in their system.Eeverything is still being paid for out of pocket on my end and they still won't even let me have my estradiol at all at the pharmacy, and my doctor says she can't get through to them despite calling. I can't get through to them either this morning, they're literally not taking our calls. I guess it's one star review time now. I still want to get my last prescription from here though now since it's already sent over there and for all I know I could have problems transferring pharmacies. Really fr

My son needed a throat swab, so I looked online to explore our options. The Cub Foods pharmacy seemed like the best choice, so we went ahead and registered him for the service through their website. When we arrived, we waited our turn in line. Once we were called up, I explained that we were there for a throat swab. The pharmacy assistant who greeted us was very kind. However, the pharmacist then stepped in and informed us that they couldn’t help us because they were closing soon. I replied that I understood, but mentioned that when we registered online, there was no indication of a required arrival time. This pharmacy is awful. Perhaps because they don't have a resident pharmacist and can't retain staff. My prescriptions were mysteriously coming off auto fill. I showed up to pick things up, only to have them actually not ready in spite of the text I received and the staff asking me to go wander around Cub and shop for another 30. The techs up stories about the availability of medicine. Medication my family needed were often not stocked and then days later after placing a refill, we'd ask about it and no one ever actually ordered it. Just a craptastic pharmacy. So I switched to Amazon.
