Cub Pharmacy

How can you consider yourself a pharmacy if you never have the medications in stock? 3rd time I’ve submitted a refill request almost a week prior and ALWAYS “it’s coming in the next order.” Absolutely abhorrent abysmal service. You should be ashamed.

Just switched to Cub because I am sick of how slow and disorganized Walgreens is. The difference is night and day. Cub filled my script quickly and pickup took 5 min tops.

Told me my Zetia generic 10 mg refill would be over $800 co-pay. This is a medication you can get with an out-of-pocket cost of $13 at Walmart. And we wonder why healthcare costs in this country are out of control... Of course, I did not end up paying this price, as they figured out their billing error and I paid the regular $10 co-pay. Incredibly slow process for med prescription pick up. However, very friendly service people.

Called to get an rx refilled and the man that answered was extremely rude and not at all helpful. He was hanging up on me before I even finished speaking.

I normally only leave good reviews but this pharmacy is so unprofessional. Every-time I call to renew a prescription, a very rude man answers. He is not helpful and very impolite. I asked a simple question to see if my meds were ready for pickup and he sighed very strongly and told me he had no idea when it will be ready. This used to be such a great pharmacy. They must’ve had new management start in the last year because it’s gone downhill fast. I do not feel comfortable and will be switching pharmacies.
