Cub Pharmacy

I went to the pharmacy twice, I had Covid, they didn't have Paxlovid in stock. I was gonna use CVS but Cub had already put it through to my inst company. Paxlovid is time sensitive. They did order it and had it in the next day, but the rudeness of the one staff member was unexceptable. She was rude, cut me off when I was talking to another staff member. I would have given her a reality check but I wasn't feeling well. I train customer service people. I think she need customer service training.

Molly who is the head person of the pharmacy is super nice and probably the only one who has ever given me the best customer service in person and over the phone. Sadly when I called today to check and see if my doctor had sent my medication to be filled I was greeted rudely on the phone (I wasn’t talking to Molly I was speaking with someone else) told me my prescription was there and said bye and just hung up. Maybe work on your customer service skills? I work in customer service and I would hate to have a review left about me. So I hope she sees this and checks herself.

Do you like being spoken to with an attitude as soon as the phone picks up, an attempt to make you feel stupid asking a common question, not having your medication in stock, but told to just buy something similar over the counter because your insurance won't cover it anyway? If so, by all means run over to this location! I switched from them due to such attitude whenever I called. And I never understood why. And I'd rather not argue so I stay away from places with bad energy. Today, I just called to see if they carried a med that my current pharmacy is out of. With an attitude she asked why didn't I just get it from over the counter, and my insurance won't cover it. And that insurance doesn't cover every little thing. Wow. Miss Molly, is by far the best pharmacist, I have dealt with. She understands the true meaning of great customer service. Plus she also pays attention to details, and always has a great attitude towards her customers. And is always eager to help, or answer questions you might have. And because, people might forget what someone said, and did. But will never forget how someone made them feel. So miss Molly, for those reasons, you are a class act! 👏

rude Asian girl with glasses on the counter while picking up my prescription.. i was confused and had a couple of questions looks like she felt rushed when trying to answer questions. And left instantly without a thank you when I left.
