I have been here before and they continue to do a great job. I have found CTI Physical Therapy to be professional, courteous and supportive. I highly recommend CTI for your physical therapy needs!

The staff are kind, welcoming, and caring. They treated my teen daughter after sustaining a sports injury. Andy was compassionate and made her feel comfortable and heard. I am certain the rapport that Andy and the front end staff built with her during treatment contributed to her success in treatment. I would certainly recommend their services to others. We had no issues regarding billing and they offered responsible flexibility with copays. Thanks CTI!!!

Everyone at CTI was very pleasant, but they made my pain and mobility worse, injured my shoulder further, and then botched the billing process by failing to credit me for one of my payments. So far, RehabWorks at WGH has been incredible in comparison. I highly recommend them as an alternative to CTI.

They are an amazing facility with such a caring staff. I loved how compassionate and caring they were and they made it fun. Thanks CTI for an awesome experience.
