I can't say enough good things about this office! I have two young girls, one who is terrified to go to the dentist, and the hygienists are so patient, gentle, and kind. We've seen both dentists in the practice and they are AMAZING. They are experts at making the kids feel comfortable in what can be a stressful situation. The first few visits we saw Dr Rosenstein and he was so patient and calm and explained everything he was doing to make the girls less nervous. He gave me reassurance about their pacifiers, which I so appreciated, and his balloon animal skills made him an instant superhero to my girls! We most recently saw Dr Maltz and he talked to the girls like mini grownups, earning their trust almost immediately -- it was like magic! My youngest (4yrs) was cooperative for the first tim

The dentist was fantastic, but we unfortunately had a terrible time with the office. - I got a text message the day before my kids' appointment telling me they needed my kids records or would cancel their appointment. Not only did they *actually have the records*, but I found it unprofessional to give me only a day to collect records. - They told us they accepted our insurance no less than three times, and ultimately they did not. (Worth noting I incorrectly thought our health insurance covered pedi preventative dental because it did in our previous state, so they told me repeatedly they accepted my kids' health insurance. They clearly didn't look closely enough and should have just told me they don't verify insurance ahead of time.) When I tried to talk to someone about my disappointment

This review is specific to both front desk personal today 5/23/25. We were asked to leave and reschedule because we passed the waiting period for 2 minutes. My son is a non-verbal 11 year old and skipped school to make it to this appointment. Both front desk were very confident to tell us to leave without reconsidering the situation. The facility is a pediatric clinic wherein I believe would be a little considerate and naturally nice to their customers in front of their kids. Doctor Maltz and the dental assistant were very accommodating and skipped the front desk decision making.

Dr. Maltz did a filling for my son Ricky today (07-30-25) and the whole appointment was amazingly stressless. The last dentist we went to did not successfully done the filling since he was too focus on completing the job but made my son uncomfortable. Dr. Maltz was different, he was so patient, took his time, gave my son breaks to talk and calmed him during the whole process. We been thru three dentists and so far Dr. Maltz is the best. Even my husband who usually doesn't pay attention admired how patient and gentle Dr. Maltz was. We're looking for many more years of receiving great care from this office. Will recommend this place to friends and family.

The dentist was great and my kids enjoyed going there. Jeanie the receptionist was very snappy and rude. She canceled my daughters appointment without talking to me first and filled it with a new patient. She would not give my appointment back and let the new patient she filled it with know she made a mistake. Instead, said the next available appointment wasn't until October (4 months away). After finding a new dentist so my daughter could receive prompt treatment, I called back to ask for my daughters records to be transferred and Jeanie was still speaking in a nasty tone and rushing me off the phone as if she was bothered by me calling. I couldn't believe how rude and dismissive she was and that she refused to rectify her mistake of giving away my daughters appointment without my knowled
