I feel I am a poster child when it comes to home health to say the least. With all that experience, I have seen many examples of home care from several different organizations. CSI, couples home pharmacy with exemplary service and backs it up actions. I want to give a massive shout out to my advocate, shunnika; who has been nothing short of incredible. She calls, she follows up and she actually listens to what I am saying to her. She is like an angle on my shoulder. If you have her for your advocate, you know what I mean. Thank you CSI, for having enough brass to hire, retain caring people. We never meet but I always feel someone is looking out for me when its not their responsibility. Thank You!

Hi All, Heartfelt Thank You to everyone at CSI Pharmacy! I’ve been a patient for about 7 months now and all aspects of the operation have been outstanding! Every member of the CSI Team has been great to work with, they have interfaced with my Doctor and have routinely been in contact with me on delivery verification, proper supplies, change in dosage , follow up and billing. I had a fantastic experience with this company. Having a nurse visit my home on a Sunday was incredibly convenient and really helped me avoid disrupting my schedule. I also appreciated the flexibility to have services done at my workplace if needed—that’s a huge plus. My nurse arrived right on time, was upbeat, and worked around my needs with no fuss. Supplies arrived the very next day as promised. Overall, a great company—professional, punctual, and easy to work with!

CSI has saved my life. Everyone is so knowledgeable and eager to help me feel better. Angie Williams is so faithful to give me my IV each month. The people in the office are very nice.
