Crystal Run Healthcare Urgent Care Center

1st of all, this is her husband making this post, not my wife. If it would let me give negative stars I would. I brought my daughter here for a visit for an infection. After using a treatment for 3 days with it visually getting worse. We came in for another suggestion of treatment. After this afternoon visit and talking with the Dr. on meds, I was asked what pharmacy, and told them my pharmacy. I left, 1hr later I get to the pharmacy, No prescription. I told the pharmacy receptionist, all the information, and they double checked the system, and nothing, no prescription forwarded. I then called my daughter, and she noted on the paperwork we were given, the prescription had been sent to a different pharmacy. I then called the number, on her prescription ticket/info sheet, and I was on hold

Great staff, clean facility and very short wait to see a medical professional. Crystal Run Healthcare is always on point. This trip to their urgent care center was pleasant and very helpful. In addition, the referral that was provided has been helpful in figuring out out my injury…. Great service!!

I've waited several hours for a sonogram for my daughter at urgent Care. When will you be taking her in for it, I ask as it's been several hours for the sonogram the staff said they already took As if they were waiting for results. Nope never took her for it, then 10 to 15 minutes later they tell me she is next, her orders were overlooked by radiology staff. It's been hours and they still have not followed through on basic treatment. Patient care is not a priority here. Nurses on break, doctors no where to been seen and frustrated patients it's what this practice always has and will always be completely incompetent. Enough is enough.

My first time in UC. Starting with the receptionist.She was friendly and professional and welcoming. The clinician was very nice. She took her time to listen to my concerns. Very attentive to my needs. The wait once inside was a little long that I expected. But overall a great experience.

Great place for quality health care and professional staff which offer solutions to health care issues from scrapes to sore throats! Highly recommend . Dr Otto was simply the best and addressed my issue and came up with a phenomenal treatment plan. Ten star service !
