Yesterday my mom went to your location, and she felt uncomfortable with the way she was treated. Three women were looking at their watches, making her feel as if she had arrived late, even though she was on time. She was there to order her prescription glasses, but the staff insisted she should get the most expensive options (progressive and transition lenses). When my mom said she only wanted regular glasses, they claimed “the doctor told them that,” which did not seem right. Because of this, she decided to ask for her prescription and leave. We wanted to share this experience because it felt unprofessional and pressured. My mom simply wanted to choose the glasses that worked best for her, and she shouldn’t have been made to feel uncomfortable for that.

A great staff!! Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely nice. They also offer great deals and treat you with the upmost respect. I definitely recommend this optical store to everyone.
