Crystal Family Dental Care

Crystal Family Dental is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. Every person, from receptionist to the Dentist, genuinely cares about what’s best for every patient. My whole family has been seen. Through several appointments (we have a big family) we have only waited 5 minutes at most to be seen. Just be on time, and you will be seen promptly. Most importantly, to me, is the level of knowledge every dental assistant and Dentist has. Not only do they tell me what to do to improve dental health, they explain why. Just today the dentist explained why I should sleep with a night guard, and not just simply saying to protect your teeth from grinding.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. They always make sure you are comfortable. I had to have an extraction done and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Sartho is wonderful at her job and is very kind and gentle even while pulling teeth. I’m very thankful for her as it was a bit of an emergency for me. I’ll be continuing to see her as long as I can!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. I came here in high school, moved away from Crystal Lake, and I loved this practice so much I came back as an adult. I feel listened to, and not judged in this office. Everyone there is very kind, and very patient with any questions you might have. they also are very open and honest about the cost of procedures, and the possibilities of what you might need. Anyone who is nervous of the dentist, I highly recommend this practice, they take very good care of their patients

First and foremost, there were absolutely ZERO unpleasant staff to deal with. They were ALL incredibly kind, nice, very easy to talk to, and great at their jobs. The ones I interacted with specifically excelled beyond in those categories (among other things). Jacqui the front desk girl was very kind and accommodating as I walked in. She was super helpful in clearly and easily explaining what the next steps were after the appointment. Alexis ( the guy who did my cleaning and assisted the Dr.) was very personable and relatable. He was also very very proficient at his job. He took multiple Xrays in no time flat, as well as quickly (AND effectively) applying other treatments in a timely manner. Dr Farooqi had excellent bedside/tableside manner and took time to actively listen to all my concern

My experience was very professional. The front desk was friendly and fast. I did not have to wait long to get seen. The employees were very friendly and gentle with handling procedure and explains the process of each step they complete before I saw the doctor. The doctor was very gentle and thorough. He made sure he everything was examined correctly. He made sure all my questions were answered and any concerns he had or was visible he made sure he addressed them before I left. He took his time with me and did not feel rushed. He also made it clear that he takes his patients relationships very seriously and works with them where he does not pass them down to other doctors so he walks alongside every step.
