CRx Pharmacy

A number of issues I have had for about a year that I have treid them so far. My Dr sends in a 90 day perscription. My insurance will cover 90 days of this perscription. CRX enters it as 30 day. I speak with them a couple of times to get it "converted" to 90 days. They then ship me 90 days. I moved, changed my address, confirmed new address, and they send it to prtevious address. Thet let me they cannot fill my perscription because my PA has expired and the insurance refused to fill it. They do not call my insurance to work it out. I call my insurance and they confirm for me that my PA is active, does not expire, and they they show nothing in the system for rejecting a request to fill my perscrion. Lastest issue was my dr changed my dosage. CRX says simply it is too early to fill it. I exp

Pharmacy inside UC Health. Pharmacist LeAnn was very friendly and helpful and she put me at ease over being able to fill a crucial prescription that CVS kept "not receiving from supplier, for an entire month!" The staff here is absolutely incredible! I had a prescription called in today to my regular pharmacy, but the price was extremely high and they were having trouble getting in touch with my insurance. The doctor had recommended CRx if I had any trouble with my regular pharmacy, so I called them and they were gracious enough to call my insurance and to get everything sorted out. They rush filled it, and I picked it up seconds before they closed!

This pharmacy is the best. Getting your medications shouldn't be a pain and this pharmacy makes sure it's not. They're so on-top of everything, quick, friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way to get you the best price — plus they've served as the middle man to transfer prescriptions, get prior auths from insurance, and to work with my provider to get a new slightly different prescription written when my insurance would only cover it a certain way. Free, fast shipping in the Denver metro is also a great perk. I'm so appreciative of the staff here!
