I had a wonderful experience with my dental hygienist Sara from Pt Charlotte office. She was incredibly kind and sweet, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took extra care with my sensitivity and showed great compassion, which really put me at ease. I truly appreciate her professionalism and gentle approach.

I am over the moon happy with the work Cruzin' Dental has done with my teeth. From the front desk to the dental tech, they made me feel like I was more than a patient, more like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentistry. I love the way they made me feel from start to finish.

Was seen here for community care from the VA. Never met the dentist, had a bunch of xrays and gum inspection. They charged the VA a lot of money for things the VA already did. Took over 6 months to get a cleaning appointment. When I needed to change it because I'm stuck out of town with a medical emergency, they want to charge me $50 for requesting the change when they called to confirm 45 hours in advanced. And that high pitched fake voice on the phone is super annoying. Would not recommend at all. Customer service is not customer oriented.

So I have not been to the dentist in YEARS!!! I don't like the dentist. However, this office has changed my opinion and it is always a good experience when I go for my crazy 😉 cleanings! The chairside manners from Shari, Sarah, and Dr. Connor Is professional yet fun so that your experience is the best that it can be under these circumstances (no one likes the dentist, let's be honest)! The front office staff is extremely nice and warm welcomes you when you walk in the door!! If your looking for a great experience with a dentist/front office staff... you have to check out Cruzin Dental. You won't be disappointed from the time you call to make the appointment until you leave the office after your appointment! Seriously, call them first.. you won't regret it!
