Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff here are truly incredible — warm, patient, and so genuinely caring with every furry friend who walks through the door. You can tell they love what they do. They took such gentle, attentive care of my pet and made the whole visit stress-free. From the friendly greetings to the thoughtful follow-ups, everything felt personal and heartfelt. Wonderful staff, great staff — they treat your pets like family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional pet care! 🐾💛

Today — my 13-year-old Yorkie, Sheba, slipped from my arms and fell onto her back. My heart sank hearing her cry. But the team at the clinic, especially Dr. Oluwaseyi Sovowale, showed such compassion that it turned into a moment of comfort instead of panic. The front desk staff saw my distress and rushed us in right away. Dr. Sovowale was calm, gentle, and patient, explaining every step and making sure I understood what was happening. Thankfully, Sheba wasn’t hurt from the fall — and in a strange way, it was a blessing, because it led to important discoveries about her health. They treated Sheba with love and treated me with care. I left feeling supported and hopeful. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. 🐾💕

My dog was feeling ill to the point I thought it was an emergency. I called this place as soon as they opened up- I have never been here before and honestly was desperate. I am SO thankful I called. They got me in IMMEDIATELY. The first office visit was $35 since I was a first time client. Not only that but everything was time sensitive and they had my girl feeling better. I was stressing about unexpected cost and they definitely helped me out with resources. They called me as soon as they got the bloodwork done today. The communication and the compassion have been 10/10. This will be our normal vet for now on. I’m so grateful for them.

I am grateful for the care and service at Croydon. There aren't many places that will see a guinea pig. She made a full recovery and I felt like we were in good hands. The entire staff was professional and you can tell that they truly love all animals!

Used another corp vet center for years even before they moved into another natoinal pet center, but after getting the run around by trying to cancel (due to personal issues) 2 pet health plans that I only used once for 1 pet I finally made the move. Used Croydon in the past due to scheduling with prior vet center and was pleased so I now tell all my friends about Croydon.👍👍👍👍👍
