On Thanksgiving Day, 2025, our 92 year old Mother, Grand Mother and Great Grand Mother ("Memaw") suffered a broken femur along with torn ligaments and muscle after an accidental fall while taking a family photo. It was a frightening time for "Memaw" and the entire family. She was admitted to Crown Point Health Suites on December 2nd for rehab and skilled nursing care after a short hospital stay. From day one, the staffed worked with her to set goals for recovery. Written on the dry erase board in her room was one simple goal, but a lofty one (so we all thought at the time): " I want to return to my home and life as it was before the accident" Thanks to the dedication, encouragement , and compassion of the Crown Point team, that Goal became a reality. My mother has been at Crown Point Health Suites for almost 2 years and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine kindness and care. The facility is always CLEAN, bright, and inviting. The staff is absolutely incredible. Everyone is extremely nice and kind to her. They keep me updated on her progress with schedules calls with her care team. The therapy team has been amazing as well, helping her stay mobile with her walker and not just putting her in a wheelchair. The food is surprisingly good, like amazing!! Compared to 2 other facilities Lubbock, it blows them away! There are also fun activities and social events(bingo and dominoes ) that give my mom something to look forward to every day — she’s made new friend

Exceptional care and compassion! My loved one recently spent time at Crown Point for rehabilitation, and the experience was truly outstanding. The entire staff — from nurses and therapists to administration — went above and beyond to make sure every need was met with kindness and professionalism. The therapy team was amazing, helping my family member regain strength and confidence step by step. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about their recovery and comfort.
