Not a fan of the waiting around Dr. Montgomery is very knowledgeable, nurses are good couple PA’s questionable. Front staff needs to get their shit together.

Dr. David Padalino performed a life saving procedure on the 3’rd aneurysm to develop on my Basilar tip that was nothing short of miraculous. Anyone is extremely fortunate to have him for a neurologist.

I went to the ER with a brain bleed. Dr Padalino saw me in the ICU. He was fine. It’s when I went for my second follow up appointment that he was rude. He was 50 minutes late for my appointment, but he did apologize. He asked me how I was doing and I told him that I was having some balance, memory and cognitive issues. He ignored what I said and did his quick neurological exam. After the mini neuro exam I restated my concerns since he ignored what I had said. He started berating me saying that “ he tried to redirect me but that since that didn’t work he had no choice but to be rude”. He said that I was the type of patient that made him run late every day. Dr Padalino is one of the best neurosurgeons in the region. He has assisted me twice due to the repeating nature of my syndrome and both times he did an amazing job. Bedside manner and expertise are top notch. When I woke up upset due to anesthesia he held my hand said to calm down and assured everything went well and ok. I cant explain the relief he brings being able to see again and relieving pressure due to pituitary tumors. Thank you Dr Padalino.
