A breath of fresh air after a terrible experience somewhere else! This office is a well-oiled machine with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a very comfortable environment. No wait - brought my son back just as I was finishing the paperwork. They had all the latest (really cool!) technology and let us know our options for sealant, invisalign, etc. without feeling pressured to buy. So glad we found them!

Dr Chopra is very knowledgeable and has a great team… starting from the front office. Lisa is a very gentle and caring tech and I was informed about what I needed and next steps. Did not try to sell me seevices that I didn’t need.

I was a patient for over 5 years. Dr. Chopra is always in a hurry and not focused. The quality of work is hit and miss. When she makes a mistake she often tries to cover it up instead of fixing it. Last year the numbed me and left me waiting in the chair for 1 hour and 5 minutes and then I walked out. Her staff turnover is quite high - not a good sign. Once she installed a crown from a different material than discussed and I discovered that a year later. Another time she broke the crown while she was installing it (being in a rush as usual). To her credit she remade the crown, but I walked the Earth with a temporary crown for 6 weeks - not fun. Her treatment plans are very aggressive - I have gone to 2 different dentists for second opinion in 5 years, and while they both agreed my teeth ne

As a new patient I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, the attentive staff and the state of the art equipment used to assess my dental needs. I feel very confident I made a good decision choosing Crosswater Dental Care.

The dentist is good but they have unethical business practices with their billing. Never been to a place where they never get the billing correct. Every single time there is an issue and you will have to pay. The dentist work is good but I can’t recommend unless you want to be overly billed.
