Absolutely love love love this office!! I can’t say enough great things about the staff and Dr. Hottinger. My puppy, Bodhi, LOVES coming here and seeing everyone. They love, care, and treat him as if he were their own fur baby and it’s truly a relief knowing we can come here and Bodhi feels just as comfortable here as he does at home. Rachel at the front desk is amazing with always accommodating to my crazy work schedule, and our vet tech Jamie is terrific with him - from our first visit ever she created a sweet bond with Bodhi. He never wants to leave. Dr Hottinger has made each experience wonderful. She is simply the best, there is joy and comfort knowing we have her. She is welcoming, compassionate, honest, and knowledgeable. Each time we see her never feels rushed, and we couldn’t be

PUPDATE! Tucker was fixed here and has finished his puppy visits. I feel blessed that such reliable, loving, and thorough care is down the street. Truly blessed. Being that I’ve worked for Veterinarians previously as a tech, the Drs here are on point with their diagnostics as well as professionalism and bedside manner alike. Staff is sweet as can be as well as efficient. I trust my dog in their care.

Crosswater Animal Hospital is great. We had our first 9 week puppy exam— thorough exam, extensive discussion about her care, preventative measures, future spaying, food, training and more. The entire staff was great. Dr. Carissa Hottinger and Heather the vet tech were awesome.

They are the best Veterinary doctors in Nocatee. They have taken care of our little ones Sophie and Shorty almost 8years now. Allison is the most caring and loving tech in the world. WE LOVE HER and DR T and DR. H. Thank YOU all (Beth) FOR ALL THE LOVE AND CARE YOU SHOWN TO OUR POODLES (they are not POODLES lol). Sophie is in heaven now. But all of you gave her extra years and ❤a lot loving ❤.

I highly reccomend Crosswater Animal Hospital Nocatee. Its right in the towncenter by publix and has a very good, extreamly kind and highly knowledgable vet. She takes extra time with everyone and truely cares about all the pets that walk in the door. They can ussually get you in the same day to be seen, and offer a free exam with coupon printed off thier website.
