Guess you gotta be one of the favored few. Went in to get a new pair of glasses, had to wait for the guy before me, then, when it was my turn, this self-entitled thirty-something woman marched in, looked at me waiting my turn, then proceeded to simply state what she wanted, how she wanted it, delivery terms etc. Dave was running all over for her trying to satisfy her desires, which kept accumulating. Apparently she was too important to wait, probably running late between her yoga class and picking up her little darlings, to display simple courtesy and consideration to other shoppers. But I don't post this just because her attitude irked me. It's also because the store owner should also have told her that she'd have to wait just as I did. But he didn't, just let her push him. David at Crossroads Optical made me feel like a friend the minute I walked into his store. Service there has always been prompt, and with a smile. It was David who recommended an opthalmologist who discovered my cataracts (after I visited another eye doctor who gave me a prescription that didn't work. I had wasted money on glasses that were useless to me.) It's a shame competitors use this forum to tarnish others reputations, but it happens all the time. This is my go-to optical store for all my needs, and has been now since I met David in his store for the first time 5 years ago. If it isn't quite what I wanted, if he misunderstood what I wanted, he'll fix it. One of the nicest, most professional businessmen in the area.

After going to several offices in town and being ripped off and played, I have finally found a place I respect and trust. These people are not after your wallet and will surely take care of you. I received a very thorough eye exam and am very happy with my new glasses. Thank you Crossroads Optical!
