Sarah D is really great. Awesome overall office. She is always helping me and has an answer for everything !! Very nice people here. From the front desk to the medical assistants and the providers. They take care of you here. Highly recommend !!

Do not make these people your primary care doctors, They will ignore your health concerns, talk to you in a condescending manner, and practically humiliate you. No matter how logical, how cordial how professional your mannerisms are, they will refuse to provide adequate care. They have ignored all of my health concerns, they refuse to give me the proper treatment that I seek, and every single time I have come there there was never once a single solution offered to any of my problems, no leads, no resources, no referrals. I've never had any issue with reception, but once I get in the office with my primary care doctor I leave unsatisfied and angry every time, he only seems to want to give me physicals and send me off once a year. Nothing you say here will be taken into consideration they

Nothing but the highest praise for the team at Crossroads. Dr. Loeser is excellent: he listens, he cares, and he wants to provide the best care in the most humane way. Rick, similarly, really works hard to find the best solutions, and goes the extra mile in caring, thoughtful, and supportive ways. And Sarah... wow! Sarah is what every parent wants for their child: totally on top of everything on a clinical level and so, so much more. We came to her after becoming aware of alarming practices at Concord Pediatrics and she has been exceptional at every step of the way, like one of the family. All this, and... while far too many medical practices seem to view patients as ATM machines, this isn't one of them!

Worst doctor office ever. Let my husband go 3 yrs with his heart out of rythem and now multplie health issues and went into cardiac arrest. Told my husband his foot was collapsing and he had a corn growing in it. Do not go to this office. More concerned collecting money then caring for people.

Went in for a physical a or so month after my brother passed in a tragic manner, the things that Megan Lokar said to me in office last year, has stuck with me to this day. The way she spoke to me was not soft, more so rude and condensing. I ended up never going back and removing myself as a patient after going for almost a decade. She had the owner call me and said “I was rude to her” as I told her in the appointment I was going to report her behavior to the clinic.
