When they first opened, the service was amazing and I never had trouble filling prescriptions. The service has completely deteriorated over the past six months or so. I went weeks without a refill on a medication that I need because they kept telling me it was out of stock. I tried requesting a refill last week and was told they would order it. I have not heard anything. I’m in the process of transferring all my prescriptions out to another pharmacy, and they will not respond to requests from the requesting pharmacy. I have had it with this pharmacy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are dependent on prescriptions. They are now unreliable. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go to any other pharmacy.

Their customer service, facility, and staff are exceptional, always going the extra mile for their patients. They even offer free delivery, which saves me the hassle of picking up my prescriptions in person. Additionally, they call me before each refill to ensure all my needs are met before dispatching the delivery.

Been getting prescriptions for the whole family ever since they opened the pharmacy. They always send out extra lancets and accessories for glucose meters. Impeccable delivery timing and refill system. Will recommend them 100%
