Do not take your children to see doctor love, instead of looking at your child medically, she will try to tell you how to parent and raise your child and that’s what she should do with her own child, not our children. Horrible experience, very unprofessional and my children will be switching to a different place other than crossroads. BE AWARE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTORS ON STAFFING.! HER STUDENT DOCTOR THAT WAS WITH HER WAS A BETTER DOCTOR THEN HER.

Crossroads has always taken great care of us. We started off with Dr. Borchers and now see the nurse practitioner. We are lucky to have such a quality clinic in our lives.

We love Dr. Lee - she is always willing to listen and try to dig deeper to find answers to any problems. We're so glad she joined the practice.

I usually do not take part in reviews done online for places of business but because this is a huge issue/ concern I feel obligated to share my family's experience with Crossroads. Here recently in October 2023 my 6 month old son was scheduled to receive the standard vaccines that are due at his age. Unfortunately, my son was given the wrong vaccine. He was given the chicken pox vaccine instead of the vaccine he was suppose to be given. Nor the clinic, CDC, or FDA can give me any factual information regarding this matter. I've gotten a ton of opinions instead. No studies have been done therfore we are left to worry and watch. Before this incident I had nothing but positive experiences but since then I've lost trust in Healthcare provider especially those at Crossroads.

All my kids go here. It’s been their only doctors office since they were born really. They are 9, and 3 so it’s been a while. We love it 🙌🏾
