I was so upset having to put my 16 year old baby to sleep. She was at the end of her life and it was time. Everyone was so compassionate from the lady I spoke to on the phone last week to get the information about the process, and Kim at the front desk who greeted me today, Sarah the vet tech was exceptional, and Dr. Compton. He and Sarah took such good care of my girl, they were so gentle the whole time. I was given plenty of time to grieve and didn't feel rushed. Sarah even bought her out to me. She put her in a nice box. They treated her with dignity. She made a paw print impression for me and is going to mail it to me when it dries. I am just overwhelmed at the kindness and respect of the veterinary staff here.

I had a great experience at this vet with my fur baby. Staff was sooooo knowledgeable, kind, gentle and caring with my baby Simba. I’m looking forward to future visits:) thank you.

I’ve been taking my fur babies to this practice for 20 years. The office is managed so well. Each vet and staff member I’ve encountered has always gone the extra mile to give excellent care!

Great first experience! Stormie answered all my questions with ease and she was so sweet with my new puppy! They understand my concerns and were very pleasant! Great office all around!

I'm going to preface this by saying I was not actually able to take my baby in because of timing. But i talked to Kim on the phone, and if she's any indicator of the rest of the staff, there might actually be a team of angels working here. My dog was having issues with constant vomiting, and while she was like yeah we're slammed today, she also didn't hesitate to give me multiple emergency options and where they were located and the fact they were open at the time of the call. Just absolutely snapped to action trying to help me find a solution, even if it wasn't at her clinic. And I really appreciate that. Thanks Kim!!
