We are so thankful for Dr. Crossley and his entire team. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly patient and kind with children. My child always feels comfortable and at ease during the visits, which says so much about the environment he creates. Dr. Crossley never upsells or pushes unnecessary treatments. He truly focuses on what is best for the child. Recently, my child broke the retainer, and instead of simply charging full price, Dr. Crossley worked with us on the cost. That generosity and understanding really stood out. We are so thankful to be under his care and would confidently recommend him to any family.
