Don't bother getting birth control there. They won't get it for you and don't understand the differences between different birth control hormones/methods either. Go to Middleton or Madison if you want to go to a pharmacy that isn't owned by private equity and is willing to treat you like a human being with health needs rather than a political or religious statement. On the plus side, they weren't jerks when they refused to fill my prescription, they just strung me along for a while as though they were trying. Don't waste your time. If you need reproductive healthcare this isn't the place for you. UPDATE: I didn't say this pharmacy was owned by private equity. Personalized service and always willing to go the "extra mile."

For many years my parents have been using CPP with great results in managing their medications successfully. Now that mom is unable to manage her medications I work with the pharmacy directly (I live out of town). They make the whole medication drill amazingly organized, and have given me heads up when there have been compound conflicts due to doctor error. As a side note, knowing their "stuff" is the primary reason we all use a (any) pharmacy, and most likely we would get this no matter where we shop. However, my experience here with kind, helpful, and caring consideration is the real reason for shopping at the Cross Plains pharmacy, they are amazing!

Truly awesome staff! Very knowledgeable and willing to take care of, and watch out for their patrons. A higher level of customer service!
