Amazing staff! Very intelligent Physical Therapists and they are all very encouraging while going through my PT rehab. My Physical Therapist, Courtney, went above and beyond to help my knee and returned me to normal function without pain. The aqua therapy is just an extra bonus that other facilities do not have!

After a disappointing experience at Strive, we discovered this incredible gem! From the very first call, I was welcomed by the most inspiring and uplifting woman who showered my daughter with positivity and encouragement. Shante, now affectionately known as Auntie Spice, made the experience unforgettable! We also met Courtney, who provided the same level of encouragement. Today's healthcare system often lacks empathy, compassion, and engagement; however, this place stands out as a remarkable exception! It serves as a role model for treatment, care, encouragement, and so much more. Kudos to everyone involved! My daughter left with her head up, looking forward to her next session! Amazing! Highly recommend!

My Physical Therapists have been excellent to work with! All of the Staff are customer service friendly they know what they are doing great bed side manner. I recommend everyone should try the swimming pool it has been extraordinary. Promotes healing of the body & the massages are unbelievable when you are in pain. I had a similar experience to Chris Lori‘s review. The owner is a terrible business person. Every other physical therapy place I have been to was very understanding if you had to reschedule. The problem is the way he does scheduling which I won’t get into, but, it’s idiotic. I went there for the pool and never even got my feet wet because I was no longer welcome after rescheduling. The only business I was ever kicked out of in my whole entire life.

I WOULDN'T EVEN START HERE! this owner refused to reset my INITIALeval appointment because I had to reschedule 2x to get the appt? The first time, I WAS IN THE HOSPUTAL and physically could not make it. I called and properly rescheduled. As I have multiple, chronic and hereditary medical conditions, I was truly looking forward to the aquatic component of this pt specialist. I also have debilitating side effects from my monthly infusions. As a result, I could not make my rescheduled appt. I called to postpone, explaining my situation to Jackie, but was told that the owner would not allow me to start as it was now 2 cancelations. Well, 1st time I was in the hospital and 2nd, I couldn't even get out of bed. I called, I did not "no show". I have been a professional patient my whole life and
