Dr. Cohen and his assistant are excellent! I've dealt with may dentist practices but I have to acknowledge that their service is above all the best that I have experienced in my 60 plus years of all dental services rendered. Having said that, I know it will more difficult to get an appointment. However, if it is an emergency - they will fit you in the schedule for the assessment and services needed accordingly!! I call him Dr.. MAGIC - he fixed a broken front tooth twice ... services well rendered!! Thank you for all that you do!! I actually booked the appointment with Dr. Lopez but Dr. Cohen rendered the services and I', more than happy with the outcome!! I feel like I need to drop off a token of my appreciation - in the form of a fruit basket spread! No sugary treats :)

I would like to mention to the people at Crosskey‘s family dental that work behind the scenes. You have a great staff that work for you. The people at the desk are always Polite and very helpful. The people that clean my teeth, take x-rays are very professional and make the appointment a reason not to cancel , they make it so that there’s no anxiety or stress when comes to dental appointments. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed.. I’d also like to mention how your billing manager Candice Williams does such a great job.Very professional and Understanding to insurance billing issues. I am not related or personally know any of these people. you would have to pull my chart to recognize any of the other people I mentioned, I have sometimes a problem, remembering names. The office is awesome! Candace the Manager is professional and attentive. Patti and Dr. Arico are a dynamic duo and the entire ortho team! Marta and Helen the hygienist are both amazing! Donna, Michelle and Kindi are great. Make sure you go visit Cross Keys Family Dental for all of your dental needs… The smiles they give are priceless 🩷

Last few visits have been Fridays, so I'll attribute that to the very long, over an hour wait time after scheduled appointment time. But other than that it is always a pleasure especially dealing with the lovely ladies up front and scheduling with Patty! Always very welcoming and pleasant.

I honestly have not been in there any sort of doctors office or dentist office that is so friendly. They really Hair for their patients. My dental hygienist was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable. Everyone at the front desk is super sweet and friendly. The manager was there And I could tell he was a team player. His energy was so positive. I feel like it his Positivity and leadership is the reason why this office is so successful and friendly. I always recommend this place to all my friends and family!
