i would give 0 star for front desk Ana behavior i been with them for more then 1.5 years all my 3 kids r with them dr was ok and so was staff the most apt lasted 10 mins but just today ana decided to give me attitude and tod me to calm down after i called and stated if its possible to make apt earlier then the time it was given or before the date it was given she said no its 6 months wait i said yes my kids have been waiting for 6 months since their last visit i know tht she said no u have to wait 6 months if cancel and i said u saying i cant make a apt r u serious i have surgery i need apt before tht date she then tell me to calm down wen i was talking to her asking her to explain me wat she is saying dnt make sense i always made apt before never had a issue i am even giving them 15 day

My son had a tooth extracted and a cleaning done, and the staff were very attentive, the doctors were excellent! It was especially important that they didn't use nitrous oxide on my son, and they allowed me to be present during the treatment and hold his hand. True professionals!
