Best cleaning I've had in a long time. Even though i hate the fact that i paid as much as i did. Great experience wonderful front desk. Excellent doctor team dentist and hygienist. I Recommend to all.

Took my teen son for a semi annual cleaning this month and had a stressful situation. The two front desk girls don’t wear name tags and the AA one was very cold and rude. She charged me $33 for my son’s cleaning that is covered at 100% by insurance. I called my insurance right in front of her and she was told to bill code 0120 for a standard cleaning and code 0180 is for a periodontal cleaning which he wasn’t having. The AA girl refused to correct the billing code and put me on the phone with Kerry who is supposedly the office manager. She talked down to me and kept saying ‘ma’am’ in a very disrespectful manner while cutting me off. She advised she would get back with me after speaking with her rep at my insurance company. I had a sensitive tooth so I came here two weeks ago and did the a bit of treatment on my tooth with filling and correcting the right spot. My sensitivity didn’t go away so I came back again and Dr. Suhail did awesome job on my tooth 🦷 fixing up!! Hopefully I won’t have any more issues for awhile 😁 Thank you 🙏
