They wanted $425 just to clean my teeth. First off, they took plain film bite wings which okay, standard. Then they did a panorex, but never did I see that on the screen, only the bite wings.. So did they actually do the panorex? I don't actually know. They refused to do a standard cleaning, and placed a charged of $400 for "local delivery of antimicrobial agent" and called it a deep cleaning. The extra $25 was for desensitizing medication I never asked for because my teeth aren't sensitive. They also stated that I only have one cavity when I am fully aware that I have two back molars with cavities that would need an oral surgeon to pull them, so they didn't even bother mentioning that since it wouldn't make them any money. I will be reporting them but I think honestly this review will do

If I could use 0 as a rating I would… Brought my son in for his cleaning. They said he needed a deep cleaning. As they ALWAYS do! And ofcourse his insurance doesnt cover DEEP cleanings. So ofcourse i paid the hundred dollars so they would clean his damn teeth! And I’m listening to the dentist helper( don’t know their actual name) talking to another lady about making sure her insurance is going to cover everything because she over heard the whole Convo about the damn cleaning and how they didn’t clean his teeth last time either. Well both the ladies are black and the helper said to the client we the same color I got you! I honestly don’t know what I’m feeling right now… but I would steer clear away from this office. (EIN 51-0633186, Dr. Rostislav Krasnov, DDS) is hands-down the most unprofessional, unethical, and disrespectful dental office I’ve ever encountered. Let me be clear: I brought three patients here—my husband, my mother (who is 71 and paralyzed), and a client. What we experienced was beyond unacceptable: - Staff behavior is hostile and demeaning. The front desk, especially someone named Alicia, yelled at patients, smacked their tongues, and refused to provide basic corporate contact info. When asked to speak to someone higher up, they suddenly “didn’t speak English.” - Elder abuse and neglect. Wow. I wasted my time scheduling my whole family here. I was the first one to try to get treatment. The very nice lady up front, then the other one who barely speaks English, took some xray things out of a bag wet. I ask why that's wet, "because we sterilized it" I don't want stuff that's been in other people's mouth, and wet in my mouth... I left and refused treatment for me and my family of 7. Gross!

The lady at the front seat was very rude. Using profanity. Just because I couldn’t pay to have the problem resolved. My insurance pays for them so the need for them to be rude to me is uncalled for. The Dentist and the other ladies were very nice.
