Cross Country Nurses

The absolutely worst experience with a nursing agency I’ve ever had. They harassed me via text and emails after making my standing very clear. They sent me an offer despite me never agreeing to work with them. Then got territorial when I clarified that I did NOT want to work with them. BRENDA LAND proceeded to contact the facility to cancel my contract that I had with a different agency because I told cross county I would only work with them if they could get me a day shift position (which they couldn’t, despite being the facility’s “first pick” for contracts). Now I am out of a contract because of their petty and unprofessional behavior. I even spoke to the recruitment manager after all of this in hopes of rectifying the situation but she did nothing but defend BRENDA LAND’s actions and

I was begging my recruiter to call me. They only communicate by text. Very rude very stand offish disrespectful belittling. I cancelled a contract extension bc my recruiter refused to call me. All I wanted is a voice to speak to instead of a texting robot! We uproot our lives and move "CROSS COUNTRY" but they won't give you the courtesy of a voice on the other line! If you can't do the bare minimum of a phone call I will not uproot my life to be disrespected by a recruiter that has better things to do than her job!

They somehow got my phone number and won't stop spamming me with "job offers" despite asking them multiple times to stop.
