Cross Bay Physical Therapy

Rosie is the best for physical therapy. I had her in 2016 when I broke, shattered and dislocated my right ankle. After her working on me it was the only time I was pain free for a few hours. She is now working here magic on my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. Every staff member is professional and wonderful. They are all highly-qualified. highly-qualified

Sam is by far one of the best physical therapist I’ve ever had . He understands and knows exactly how to handle my situation and i feel great after every session. His staff is great as well .

Apparently you have to see Dr. Bieber for an "evaluation" before you are 100% guaranteed a prescription for physical therapy... but wait, you need another evaluation by physical therapy as well.. that is if they can figure out how to get prior approval from your insurance co... which so far they can't bit string you along pushing your apnt back and back, like PT is not needed. They will offer you to pay cash though, isn't that nice?so far over 6 weeks and still no PA... Nothwell PT had NO issue getting PA... what a scam

I have a patient at this office for 2 and a half years and I just have to say that crossbay physical therapy is amazing! My therapist Rosie is amazing and I would definitely recommend her to everyone and this office for all your therapy needs. The staff is amazing and the front desk is very courteous and professional.

From the 1st phone call to make an appt for physical therapy I was impress by the customer service response. From my 1st therapy visit the "professional manner" I was amazed. My eval showed me they were interested in me making process resulting in improvement since my TKR surgery. Yes, I was recommended from my home therapist and I don't regret it a bit. Everyone is so polite, professional approachable most of all interested in my well being in moving forward.
