Parking wasn't great but the staff was friendly, polite and got my medicine done quickly. I didn't like that my number and address was asked and wrote down, I've never had to tell any pharmacy that info at the counter.

The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and wonderful. They were very efficient and willing to help with anything necessary. I highly recommend them Merry Christmas.

These people had me nearly in tears. Went to fill a perscription for a blood pressure kit. As soon as I walked in, I was met by a lady at the counter by the door. Never even got to go to the pharmacy. Anyway, I was first told that "we don't bill insurance on the weekend". OK, so why are you open on the weekend. I had never been told such a thing by a pharmacy before. Anyway, then I was told that they dont THINK that they accept my type of insurance. I have Anthem BlueCorss/BlueShield Federal plan.......really? So the lady at the desk said "let me check with my manager". The lady manager came over and said "yeah, I dont think we accept that". She proceeded to provide me a list of medical supplies businesses that she said she knows that does take BC/BS. My question is...how do you know for

Great local pharmacy and drug store! Sometimes a little hard to get things in on short notice, but 100% worth it to not support the corporate chains. We love Crosby’s!

Crosby is the best pharmacy for all of our pharmaceutical products and I mean everything. If they don’t have it in stock the staff will literally find what it is that you need from somewhere and inform you when it’s there and to pick it up. My family has been using Crosby’s for well over 50 years because my mom used to take me with her to pick up her medications and I’m 63 years old now. They really do treat you like family. Nina L.
