Crook County Medical Services District - Sundance Clinic

I was very impressed with my office visit at CCMS. My wait time was less than 10 minutes and was greeted in a very friendly manner by K. Wolf RN. She was very welcoming and took time to interact with me on a friendly basis, along with her professional duties that she completed. My provider, K. Hammersley NPC, was amazing ! She was very thorough, took time to listen and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with all the good care that was given. Also need to comment on the amazing redecorating of the waiting room. It was very comforting and beautifully done !!

I’ve never had any problems with this organization. They have answered any questions I’ve had within a 24 hour period but mostly within the same day. They are a good team to work with.

Want to thank Crook Cty Medical Ctr staff for the great attention and care they provide to their residents. They bring laughter and love with the TLC they give!!!

This clinic should be the billboard example for outstanding patient care… I stumbled into the clinic today with a dog bite and needed some assistance. Being from out of state, I really wasn’t sure where to go. The clinic doesn’t normally offer walk in appointments, but the front desk got up to ask a nurse prior to sending me away due to the bite. The nurse, who also happens to be the office manager, walked up front to talk to me and look at the bite. Instead of turning me away, she walked me to the ER to determine the next best steps. Once we chatted with the ER doc, she took me back to the clinic where I was able to get the treatment I needed minus the rabies treatment because they were out. They could have ordered it for me, but since I am staying in deadwood it made more sense to have

Huge shout out to the providers here! They are a wonderful team! I highly recommend all them. Melaynee just saw my boy the other day and you can tell her heart is in to taking care of her patients!
