Absolutely a great experience all around! I hardly ever give 5 starts but this place deserves it. I was late to my 4 kids appointments because my friend had a emergency and I had to go get her from being left stranded. I called to make sure if they could still see my kids and they told me to go ahead and come. I live in Riviera and drove straight there when I was told they could still be seen. I got there with all my kids, signed some papers real quick and my kids were called in. Ruby took care of everything before Dr. Cris saw my kids. Ruby was exceptionally kind and gentle with my kids. She explained everything that was gonna happen, and they understood clearly. I was so comfortable with her, and so were my kids. Staff was very friendly especially Ruby, I took my child in that has autism I’m always having to let him know ahead what’s going to happen but she did it for me she made sure he was very comfortable at all times. Even after checking him in she still made conversation with him and answered all his questions.

Absolutely love the staff! Very welcoming and nice. As far as Dr.Radaneata himself, very nice and he really makes sure you understand what’s going on with your eyes. Myself and my brother have been seeing him for almost 10yrs and we only trust him . This past time I went, His staff really worked to be able to get me what kind of frames I wanted & they were so helpful. Most definitely will always recommend him

I really don’t know what these negative reviews are about. This is one of the few places near me that takes my insurance and the staff is lovely! The Dr. is calm, professional, and very straight forward. He doesn’t waste time but will listen to what you need and was very gentle when putting my first contacts in. I felt very supported by the Dr. and his staff, I plan to continue using him as my main optometrist! Would absolutely recommend to family and friends!

Fast and efficient was my experience. The doctor was not rude nor his staff, the doctor even cracked a couple of jokes. The Dr's. assistant that was doing all the preliminary tests and questions was where there was a minor issue. She might have been new and inexperienced as noted by her robotic explanations of things (but not rude and overall she did a great job) it was when she was applying the solution to dilate my eyes she gave me no warning, no 123 etc. just plop plop. As a nurse for the past 30 years I understand the importance of a good "bedside manner" and how it can really build trust in the people we SERVE. 《--- letters capitalized for emphasis and not yelling as some might interpret it. Overall I can not complain.
