In the last year we have been working on getting my A1c to control levels with an overall objective of getting off the medications. We have been during at home monitoring, diet, and increase exercises program. Monitoring blood lab every 3 months monitoring kidney and liver functions. We had a A1c of 6.7 in September from a 9.7 earlier. So I'm very pleased. We discuss my previous medical appointments with other physicians on my chart and the status of them.

Nurse Crain tends to listen to her patients with both a professional and empathic ear which serves as a great comfort. She is very knowledgeable and provides great professionalism, accountability, and resolution on each visit that I go on. The staff provides great customer service and make scheduling easy.

She is very patient and a great listener. She doesn’t rush with your visit. And she always ask is there anything else she can help you with. I really appreciate that in her !!

Thanks Christen Crain for being super patient with all my questions I asked. And answering them on the level as to where I totally understood. I'm not usually comfortable with doctors, but I can honestly say you peeped that nervousness and made sure I became comfortable. Some offices a person is just a number meaning like (your 12:00 ) is here, but I was treated like an actual human with medical needs.
